Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Crave platform (also branded as “Voidlust”, or related domains), including our website, progressive web application (PWA), chat-based interactive stories, virtual currency (“Crystals”), subscriptions, and related features (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is owned and administered by the Operator — sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur) and owner of the Voidlust / Crave project. Registration details are published on this page. By accessing or using the Service—including confirming your age, creating an account, reading stories, chatting with AI-generated characters, or making a purchase—you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility — Adults Only
You represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 18 years old, or you have reached the age of majority in your country or state of residence, whichever is greater;
- you are legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction;
- you will not allow any minor to access your account or the Service.
We may terminate access immediately if we believe you do not meet these requirements.
3. Nature of the Service
The Service provides text-based interactive fiction and role-play experiences with fictional characters. Content is generated and presented for entertainment only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or relationship advice, and must not be relied upon as factual or real-world guidance.
Fictional characters disclaimer: All characters, names, events, dialogue, and scenarios in the Service are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is coincidental. All depicted characters are adults (18+) within the fictional narrative. No real person is involved in chat interactions—you communicate with automated, AI-assisted fictional personas.
4. Artificial Intelligence
Story responses may be produced using third-party artificial intelligence providers. Generated text may be unpredictable, inaccurate, or inconsistent. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
You use AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk. Subjective dislike of tone, plot, or explicit content is not grounds for refunds or compensation if access was delivered as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service if you are under the legal age to access adult content;
- request, upload, or attempt to generate illegal content, including content involving minors, non-consensual acts prohibited by law, or instructions for unlawful activity;
- harass, abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service;
- copy, resell, or redistribute story content or Service materials outside the Service without permission;
- misrepresent your identity or impersonate the Operator or its representatives.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
6. Accounts
Certain features require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@crave4.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Virtual Currency and Subscriptions
Crystals, VIP/Goddess subscriptions, and other paid features are digital goods and access rights described at checkout. Pricing is shown before payment. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors; see our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
All sales are final. Refunds are not offered except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, branding, story structure, prompts, compilations, and AI-assisted narrative output provided through the Service, is owned by the Operator or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for private entertainment. You may not extract, publish, or commercialize story content outside the Service.
You retain ownership of text you input, but grant the Operator a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your input to operate, improve, and secure the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Operator in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or zero if you made no payments.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always published at terms.html. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless prohibited by law.
