Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid features of Voidlust / Crave, including but not limited to:
- Crystals and other virtual currency packs;
- VIP / Goddess and other subscription or membership access;
- One-time purchases unlocking premium chat or story features;
- Any other digital content or access sold through the Service.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.
2. Refund Policy — No Refunds on Digital Goods
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or chargebacks by policy.
Because our products are instantly delivered digital goods (virtual currency credited to your account and/or immediate access to premium features), they cannot be returned once provisioned. This includes situations where:
- you change your mind after purchase;
- you dislike AI-generated story content, tone, or explicit scenes;
- you did not use all purchased Crystals or subscription time;
- your device, browser, or connection caused a poor experience but access was successfully granted;
- you failed to cancel a subscription before the next billing date (see Section 3).
If you believe a charge was made in error (duplicate charge, unauthorized use of your payment method), contact us promptly at support@crave4.app with your account email and transaction details. We will investigate in good faith but remain bound by this no-refund policy except where mandatory consumer law applies.
Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your country of residence.
3. Subscription Cancellation Policy
VIP/Goddess and other recurring monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until canceled.
You can cancel your recurring monthly subscription at any time in your Profile settings. After cancellation:
- You will retain your VIP access until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
- No further charges will be applied after the cancellation takes effect for the next billing period.
- Cancellation does not retroactively refund the current or any previous billing period.
To cancel:
- Open the app and go to Settings / Profile (settings.html);
- Select Manage Subscription or use the cancellation link provided in your payment confirmation email, if available;
- Confirm cancellation. You will receive confirmation in the app or by email.
If you cannot cancel through the app, email support@crave4.app from your registered address with the subject line “Cancel Subscription”. We will process your request within 2 business days.
4. Virtual Currency (Crystals)
Crystals are consumable digital credits. Once credited to your account, Crystals are non-refundable and non-transferable, including unused balances. Crystals have no cash value outside the Service and may not be exchanged for money.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of access and unused Crystals. We reserve the right to contest improper chargebacks and provide transaction records to our payment processor.
6. Price Changes
We may change subscription or pack prices for future billing periods. Price changes apply to subsequent renewals after notice in the Service or by email where required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price for the next renewal unless you cancel before renewal.
